Join us for the 6th Annual Texas Patriot Ruck March on Saturday, October 27th, 2024—a day dedicated to honoring our heroes and rallying support for those who have served our nation. This year, we're marching not only to benefit Burn Pits 360 but also to support State Trooper Oscar Loya, a 29-year-old Marine Corps veteran and father of three who is currently battling Germinoma Cancer.
Trooper Loya has been on leave since June, and with his sick leave exhausted, the DPS Troopers Foundation has launched a Help-a-Hero campaign to raise funds for his family’s expenses while he undergoes treatment. Your participation in this event will make a tangible difference in the lives of Trooper Loya and his family during this challenging time.
You can join the Ruck March from anywhere—virtually—or march with us in Washington, D.C. Together, we will walk 20 miles to raise awareness and much-needed funds for our veterans and first responders. Every step counts!
As a registered participant, you’ll receive a t-shirt, marathon bib, and tote bag to commemorate your involvement. Sponsorship opportunities are also available, allowing businesses and individuals to contribute even further to this important cause.
Let’s come together on October 27th to show our support for Trooper Loya, Burn Pits 360, and all those who have sacrificed for our country. Your participation is more than just a march—it's a statement of solidarity and support for our heroes.
