Burn Pits 360 Veterans Organization Specialty Plates Available Now in Texas!



In May, we were happy to announce the passing of the Le Roy and Rosie Torres Act, HB 1315, establishing the Open Burn Pit Registry Fund and creating a Burn Pits 360 Veterans Organization specialty license plate.

For years Le Roy and Rosie pushed for a Texas Burn Pit Registry in an effort to conduct outreach, track mortality data, and illnesses plaguing Veterans after toxic exposures. And now, with the enactment of HB 1315, Texans will now have the opportunity to purchase a Burn Pits 360 vehicle license to help fund the registry.
