Wyatt Ranches Foundation awards $100,000 grant to Burn Pits 360

ROBSTOWN, Texas — Wyatt Ranches Foundation has awarded a $100,000 grant to the Burn Pits 360 Veterans Organization of Robstown to support services and advocacy for veterans, first responders and their families affected by toxic exposure.
Wyatt Ranches Los Robles Division Livestock Foreman Walter Mencias presented the grant to Daniella Molina, Director of Operations for Burn Pits 360 Veterans Organization of Robstown. The grant is intended to support outreach, education and resource navigation for individuals and families seeking information and assistance related to burn pit exposure and related health concerns.
“This grant supports our nation’s affected veterans, first responders and their families — to drive change and help save lives,” Molina said.
Burn pits were commonly used in military settings to dispose of waste and have been linked to health concerns reported by some service members and first responders. Burn Pits 360 Veterans Organization of Robstown works to raise awareness, connect individuals with information and resources, and advocate for those seeking care and support.
Molina said the grant will help the organization continue its efforts to reach more families and strengthen access to information and assistance.
