Senate Democrats Request The VA Expedite Its Disability Ratings Regulations For Constrictive Bronchiolitis and Hypertension.


Eighteen Senate Democrats have sent a letter to the Secretary of Veterans Affairs Denis R. McDonough e to request the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) expedite its VA System for Rating Disabilities (VASRD) regulations for constrictive bronchiolitis and hypertension to improve its implementation of the Sergeant First Class Heath Robinson Honoring our Promise to Address Comprehensive Toxics (PACT) Act.

Burn Pits 360 has been fighting to highlight the the lack of diagnostic codes used to rate claims for constrictive bronchiolitis since the signing of The PACT Act in August 2022.
