August 10, 2023 marks the one-year anniversary of President Joe Biden signing the Sergeant First Class Heath Robinson Honoring Our Promise to Address Comprehensive Toxics (PACT) Act into law. Billed as the most significant expansion of benefits and services for toxic exposed veterans in more than 30 years, the one year mark is a natural time to look back on progress over the last 12 months, highlight achievements and identify opportunities.
