During the 2023 War Horse Symposium, Jon Stewart and US Deputy Secretary of Defense Kathleen Hicks discussed the recruiting crisis, military family issues, and the implications of the military and civilian divide. Their discussion was eye opening, enlightening, and, in the clip below, touched specifically on the PACT Act and the uphill battle to get it passed.
