Standing Beside Those Who Served: Our New Partnership With Ways2Well

At Burn Pits 360, everything we do begins with one belief: no one who served should have to face their health alone. It's the belief that built this organization, and it's the reason we're excited to share something new.
Through our Warrior Hope Network, we've partnered with Ways2Well, a Texas-based health optimization company focused on functional and regenerative care, to open another door for the people we serve.

The Warrior Hope Network has always existed to meet Veterans and first responders where they are — connecting them with integrative and alternative treatment options that often aren't available through the VA or DoD, and with the grants and support that help make that care reachable.
This partnership extends that mission.
Nominees selected by Burn Pits 360 will work with Ways2Well's clinical team to access a regenerative therapy program alongside supportive services like hyperbaric oxygen therapy, red light therapy, and IV therapy.
Every nominee is medically screened first, so care is matched safely to the person.
For so many in our community, the hardest part isn't the diagnosis. It's what comes after — the searching, the waiting, the feeling that the systems meant to help weren't built with them in mind. Partnerships like this one are how we try to change that.
Meet Our First Two Nominees
A program like the Warrior Hope Network is never really about paperwork or protocols. It's about people. And we're honored that the first two individuals to receive care through this partnership represent exactly the community we exist to stand beside.
Maria Huerta-Garcia has spent her career in service — today as a Police Training Coordinator with the Corpus Christi Police Department, and before that as a special agent with the U.S. Coast Guard. She has spent decades protecting others. Now it's our turn to show up for her.
Jonathanray Molina enlisted in the U.S. Army in 2006 and deployed to Iraq as an Infantryman with the 101st Airborne Division. During a combat operation, his vehicle was struck by two roadside IEDs — an explosion that left him with lasting physical injuries and exposed him to toxic contaminants that have contributed to chronic respiratory complications in the years since. Like so many post-9/11 combat Veterans, some of his most life-altering wounds are the ones that can't be seen: a traumatic brain injury and PTSD among them.
Told at just 20 years old to accept a lifetime of chronic pain, Jonathan chose instead to keep searching for something better. Nearly two decades later, he sees this program as a renewed source of hope — not just for managing symptoms, but for the possibility of genuine healing and a better quality of life. Walking alongside him through this next chapter is a privilege we don't take lightly.
Why This Matters to Us
"This partnership is about access and dignity," said Rosie Torres, executive director and co-founder of Burn Pits 360. "Our Veterans and first responders were exposed in service to this country, and too many have had to fight alone for care. The Warrior Hope Network exists to change that — and welcoming a partner like Ways2Well means we can open even more pathways to healing for the people who gave so much."
We're grateful to Ways2Well for stepping up as a sponsor and partner in this work, and we're just getting started. As we continue to identify and nominate eligible Veterans, first responders, and family members through the Warrior Hope Network, we'll keep sharing the stories of the people at the heart of it.
Because that's what this has always been about — making sure that the people who gave so much never have to fight alone.
